Advanced ERE Electro Pads: The Advanced ERE comes with three pairs of Electro-Pads which generate outstanding results for painful shoulders, neck, back and pulled muscles. The ultra-low wave produced by the Advanced ERE improves blood supply and circulation to the targeted area. Focused muscle contractions break down stubborn fat cell deposits, decompose unnecessary calories, and expand the capillaries to carry off the waste in your body. You may place the pads on areas of pain such as the tops of the shoulders, in between the shoulder blades or low back area. Never place the pads on the spine or on the front and back of the heart. For frozen shoulders, place 2 pads on the area where the arm meets the shoulder placing pads on the front & back of the rotator cuff. Also, place 1 pad on the side of the back of the neck and place the other pad on the area above the elbow. For constipation, place 2, 4, or 6 pads across the abdomen, below the navel. Choose the 4th setting on the Advanced ERE, which goes through all the modes. |

Younger with the Advanced ERE:
Step 1: Plug the electro pads into the outlets and select “PAD”. Step 2: Put one pad on the right side of the forehead and the other on the left side more where your eyebrows kind of curve. Step 3: Put the pads underneath your eyes and right above the cheekbone. Step 4: Turn on the frequency so it starts to relax. You want to be able to feel some tension but not pain. Initially you may want to start with 5 minutes, and then the next session you could add one or two minutes. Not recommended for more than 15 minutes. Step 5: Lie down on a comfortable position; listen to relaxing music and try to get your body to completely relax. Note: It’s very important that when you do this your face is super clean – no makeup or oils on your face. Take pictures of “before” and “after” so you can see the improvement. |

Directions for the Advanced
ERE:
Drink 6 oz. of water before use.
Cut a piece of white paper towel in half and moisten it with water. Place the two pieces on the foot pads of the Advanced ERE.
1) Press the on/off switch on the Advanced ERE, the lights will go on then off, but the on/off light by the heels will stay lit.
2) Set Function on remote control- press either foot, pad or f&p(foot & pad)
3) Set Mode on remote control- select either pound, relax, massage or automatic
4) Set Timer on remote control- Set 5 minutes - 30 minutes
5) On remote control set < > to increase or decrease intensity. |
